This major telecommunication client wanted to ensure that it had its finger on the pulse of this highly competitive market. By Reconciling mobile call details data with those from a competitor to ensure both sides were billing the other correctly.  Billing variance was reduced substantially to 0.2% making a huge annual improvement to profitability.

On the marketing side further work was conducted around detailed and demographic information about high use of handsets and the identification of valuable customers to promote and sell updated phones. This information was passed on directly to the marketing company for mail-outs and other direct marketing.
