Many of our customers have found the "scatter-gun" approach of mass mail outs
ineffective, and were looking for a way to more precisely target and reach
customers that were interested in their products. We helped them identify the
characteristics of their existing customers. We then helped them to
mine external data sources to target likely new customers who have
similar characteristics and behaviour.
By searching through external address databases we enabled them to target new
customers who look and behave similarly to their existing customers. This achieved
both cost savings and higher response rates.
