This bank has called on Sysware - over the past three years - to analyse,
develop, implement and maintain a number of different business
intelligence initiatives. These systems are now used by a number of
different departments across New Zealand and Australia to help give them
the extra leverage in gaining new customers - as well as keeping the existing
ones happy and satisfied.
