Charles Chinnaiyah - Managing Director

Charles left his senior IT role in Sri Lanka in 1981 to emigrate to New Zealand with his wife Kay and their two children. After working for a few years in the business intelligence consulting market, he founded Sysware as a family-run business.

Since those early days, Charles has led Sysware’s growth into a valued supplier of specialist services to many leading New Zealand companies and government agencies.

Charles and Kay balance their city life by developing their olive grove in the southern Wairarapa. The estate has been built from scratch and their hard work is now being rewarded. The trees are producing high quality extra virgin olive oil and Charles has installed his own olive press to accommodate the growing harvest.

John Keene - Business Development Manager

John has been with the Sysware Group since March 2009 and has worked for over twenty years in government and banking sectors, particularly in the fields of data management, contracts, compliance and privacy legislation.

With over ten years experience in sales, John is a hands-on Business Development Manager who enjoys building rapport with his many clients. John employs a consultative approach to sales and brings a strong business focus to resourcing. He has the ability to understand the client's needs and requirements and find the appropriate members for them.

Annette Bergner - Business Development Manager

Annette has spent over twenty years in the IT industry, primarily in business focusing roles with a strong emphasis on ICT. She has represented many clients and business units on a wide range of projects and takes great satisfaction in working with her customers to achieve and exceed their goals.
